Taisha Walker brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to FIGCD. She has worked in Public Accounting for over 14 years with Deloitte Tax LLP and KMG. During her tenure in public accounting, she managed the execution of the domestic compliance and provisions engagement department of several large Fortune 100 multinational clients. Taisha is excited to make the transition from public accounting to Private Portfolio and Investment Fund Management. As a principal and qualified investor in several organizations Taisha’s insight into wealth management will benefit FIGCD for years to come. She is passionate about children’s charities, wine tasting and is a world traveled cyclists.

Robert J. Adams is the Director of Acquisitions and Developments with Frisco Investment Group Inc. Commercial Division. Robert is extremely self driven by his passions, ambitions, and love for learning. He grew up in the Twin Cities, in Minnesota. Where he graduated from Augsburg University with a degree in business management. While also being a student athlete playing football and being an active member in his communiy Robert has then transitioned to living in the Los Angeles Area where he continued his learning, earning his Real Estate sales license and graduating from USC Ross Program in Real Estate Development along with his education in the sector of business management and real estate, Robert also has extensive professional knowledge and experience with multiple marketing and advertising roles Robert is a natural born leader and humble man. From being a 3 sport athlete, a member and graduate of the MCJROTC program, and also his involvement in multiple other leadership and development programs. Robert obtained and enhanced his leadership skills. Robert strongly values God, family, and carrying himself as a man with integrity.
Matthew Frisco is VP of Acquisitions and Development (in Training) at Frisco Investment Group. He began his career as an apprentice, learning under his father in 2018. Focusing more on the development and management of rental units and contracted construction projects. Matthew is an excellent intermediary who needs very little outside input once given his instructions. Matthew is an Honor Roll scholar whose high marks and dedication to excellence have gained him entrance to Collins College of Hospitality at Cal Poly Pomona, where he will focus on the operational side of the business. He has recently graduated from USC Ross Program in Commercial Real Estate. Matthew is scheduled to receive his Real Estate license in 2022 and is determined to become one of the youngest licensed brokers in California. He is certified in Powerpoint and is currently a novice in Word and Excel. Matthew expects to be able to use the knowledge he gains from this program to propel both himself and his company further and onto new business ventures. Matthew Frisco lives in Hawthorne.

Marcus Frisco is Founder and President of Matticus Hospitality Group, Inc. MHG is a broad-spectrum company that owns and operates service-oriented brands from limited service hotels to quick serve restaurants. Founded in 2019, Marcus created the firm with a vision of bridging his passion for real estate development into hospitality by procuring lifestyle properties to build a top tier legacy portfolio.
With more than 22 years of experience, Marcus is an accomplished and respected real estate developer with expertise in both commercial residential and commercial acquisitions. He has personally overseen all aspects of the building and disposition of housing for more than 100 low-income families. His dedication to increasing home ownership in urban areas coupled with his class B General Contractor License in California has earned him the distinguished designation of Urban Infill Development expert.
Prior to forming MHG, Marcus dedicated his focus to honing his skills in the arenas of property analysis, excelling in both cost and income approach to valuation of multifamily and single-family properties, real estate development, construction and property management.
In addition to MHG, Marcus created several successful businesses that together comprise a comprehensive suite of residential and services. These include:
Growth Impact Community Development Corporation, which he founded and served as main administrator, assisting HUD first time buyers navigate the home buying process.
M&M Design and Construction, which offers design-build services and renovation for residential and commercial clients.
Frisco Investment Group, which specializes in acquisitions and direct end use sales of multifamily development projects.
In his downtime Marcus enjoys playing chess, attending church, is an avid movie watcher and he is a tournament level Pinochle player. He loves mentoring and enriching local youth. His competitive spirit drives him in all aspects of life to achieve a high level of excellence in all endeavors.

Acquisitions & Development Associate
Shea Rouda is an Acquisitions & Development Associate at CalBay, complimenting the team’s property acquisition and development efforts. Prior to joining CalBay, Shea was an investment sales agent at CBRE’s Newport Beach Office, where he focused on the disposition of net-leased, single-tenant retail properties throughout the United States. Within his first year as a broker, Shea pioneered new outreach efforts enabling him to list over $30M in assets.
Before joining CBRE, Rouda was the CEO of a charity fundraising startup he built in college, where his company raised over $100,000 in investment and grants, worked with clients like the United Nations, and was pursued as an acquisition target by conglomerates like IAC (Match Group).
Shea graduated from The University of Southern California with a degree in Eastern Asian Languages and Cultures, and an emphasis in Mandarin (Chinese).

Britt has a 20+ year track record in acquiring and developing retail properties throughout the US Southwest. He currently serves as a Calbay partner focused on acquisitions, development and asset management. His current tenure with Tradecor and Calbay spans 15 years.
Prior to tenures with Calbay and Tradecor, Britt was a co-founder of RPM Enterprises, LLC which specialized in acquisitions and development for Walgreens. In addition, Brit worked at Steve Johnson Development, LLC where he was responsible for the acquisition and development of 88 Walgreens throughout the US Southwest.

Perry Mann is the Operating Partner and Co‐Founder at CalBay, focusing on strategic planning and advisory of company acquisitions, restaurant tenant relationships, and value‐add business plans. In addition, he sources new property and portfolio acquisitions with an emphasis on restaurant properties in California, Arizona, Texas and Florida.
Prior to co‐founding Calbay, Perry co‐founded Calbay’s sister company Tradecor, LLC (Phoenix, AZ) whose current primary focus is on acquisition and development of commercial properties throughout the US Southwest and Southeast regions, with a heavy emphasis on restaurant sites. Over the past 25 years with Tradecor and other affiliated ventures, Perry has acquired +/‐ 120 properties, and has completed build to suit projects for numerous household name brands such as Walgreens, Outback Steakhouse, The Habit Burger, Chick-fil-A, Applebee’s, Chipotle, PF Chang’s.
Perry has extensive experience in restaurant ownership, development and management, including the highly successful new restaurant brand: “Rock N Brews”, which is currently expanding in Southern California and throughout the Southwest and Southeast markets .
Prior to becoming an active principal investor and developer of commercial properties, Perry worked as a real estate broker in New Mexico and Arizona, during which he brokered +/‐ 100 transactions totaling +/‐ $125 million.
Perry lives in Manhattan Beach, CA and lives an active lifestyle that includes surfing, paddle boarding, skiing, and overall health and wellness.

Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Ryan Shea is Managing Partner and Co‐Founder of CalBay with a 10+ year track record in acquiring and developing retail properties in California. He directs day-to-day operations of Calbay and leads acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and operations for the Company. In addition, Ryan directs the sourcing and managing of new and existing investor and lender relationships, as well as reporting.
Prior to co‐founding CalBay, Ryan worked at The Festival Companies (2007 – 2015), a leading shopping center development firm based in Los Angeles. He last served as Vice President of Investments and Acquisitions, where he directed the sourcing, acquisition and development of commercial sites and shopping centers throughout Southern California.
Prior to joining The Festival Companies, Ryan worked as a structural engineer, before completing his Master in Real Estate Development Program at USC in Los Angeles. He also holds a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Michigan‐Ann Arbor.
Ryan lives in Redondo Beach, CA and enjoys snowboarding, yoga, golf, beach volleyball, and all other beach activities.
